Refund policy

At Bulk Kratom Depot LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind our products and aim to provide a fair and transparent return process. Please review the following guidelines for refunds and returns.


1. Return & Refund Period

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible refunds cover the product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


2. Product Condition & Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been consumed beyond half of their original contents. This helps us maintain product integrity and fairness for all customers.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is related to damage, defect, or a fulfillment error (see Section 3).


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund once the returned product has been received and inspected.
We will notify you within 14 days after receiving the return regarding the outcome of your request.


4. Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, please contact us right away at support@bulkkratomdepot.com or call 727-386-8517.
We’ll verify the order details and shipment records. If an error is confirmed, we’ll resend the missing products or issue a refund for the affected items.


5. Payment Processing & Refund Timing

All payments are securely processed through Authorize.net.
Refunds may only be issued for completed transactions within 180 days of purchase.
Once processed, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days for card payments or up to 7–10 business days for ACH or bank transfers, depending on your financial institution.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@bulkkratomdepot.com for assistance.


6. Partial Refunds & Non-Refundable Items

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if the product is returned opened or in unsellable condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or product defect.
